CODING & STEMs
The Code Using Robots program was designed to introduce coding, robotics & STEM concepts all in one.
Suitable for children aged 7 to 12, the course content highlights the importance of maths and geometry fundamentals and of course navigation and compass use; given the introduction of a robot.
The program also introduces physics and engineering concepts, where participants are engaged in the design, construction and testing of their race track.
This course was created by Michael Chua (engineer) and facilitated using Sphero robots.
CODING
The RoboPlay program was designed to have fun with the Sphero robots.
These workshops explore more functions and Block codes used by the Sphero and together with a bit of creativity, participants create fun and exciting programs to share, play and showcase to the group.
Suitable for children aged 7 to 12, this course builds on the Code Using Robots program to encourage creativity and build confidence with becoming active users of technology.
