Just in time for back to school, I dug up an article from April 2017 published by a superannuation provider (click here) that highlighted the importance of STEM subjects for kids in this day and age.
STEM fundamentals and skills are critical in their education and underpins our children's future career/s which probably doesn't exist yet. Universities attempt to keep up with industry by offering suitable courses and degrees many of which are driven by a new resource called 'data mining'. Yes, knowing your maths and statistics in this century are important... but it's equally important knowing what to do with it and how to use it... Find out what this means and how we integrate this important next step into our workshops at uPlayWA. Contact us at uplaywa@gmail.com.
